Each plot of land is clearly marked on the plan together with the square footage. These plans were prepared a chartered surveyor using the most advanced GPS positioning system. These GPS coordinates are then mapped onto the land itself with each plot having posts in the ground that clearly mark out the plot. In addition orchards have hedging planted along each boundary.

Yes, you can enjoy your land with your friends or family as you choose.

Yes, there is allocated parking on this site which you can use (see the plan).

This land is being rejuvenated and filled with life to help the environment and nature flourish. With any building structure you will have to request planning permission from the local authority however if it helps encourage nature and improves the area then we see no reason why this would not be granted.

No, this land is for everyone to enjoy including nature. Containers/Caravans/Mobile homes will not be accepted.

Yes you do. You can either do it yourself or use our maintenance services:

To mow all communal paths, upkeep car parking and right of way areas, maintain all hedges and trees in communal areas.

Upto 1,000 sq ft plot £10.00 per year

1-2,000 sq ft plot £18.00 per year

2-3,000 Sa ft plot £25.00 per year

Yes, you can rent out your land at anytime to anyone. We also have clients that would like to rent so please get in touch if you would like us to assist you with this.

Yes, you can sell your land at anytime to anyone. This can be sold through auction, local estate agents, privately or through our website.

Your deposit is fully refundable however the following sums will be withdrawn from your deposit:

Once your legal pack has been sent to you (-£250 from deposit)

Once your orchard designs have been sent to you (-£100 from deposit)

Once we start digging and planting in your orchard the deposit is no longer refundable.
