Over 4,000 Hedges Planted

We have now planted over 4,000 native hedges including Hawthorn and Blackthorn creating a wonderful habitat for wildlife. We will shortly be planting some evergreen hedging to add to the beauty of the site and to further help the bio diversity of the area. In the next 8 weeks we expect to plant a further 100 fruit trees of various types including apple, pear, damson, plum, fig, cherry and several other fruit types.

Water Supply

We are pleased to let clients know that we have now agreed a mains water supply which will be installed over the winter ready for spring next year.

We are pleased to have Tom as estate manager of Bailes Brook. Tom was responsible for our first project, Little Fields in Sevenoaks which has proved to be very popular and much of the hard work was carried out by Tom and his team. Tom will be available on site most days and will always offer help and advice to orchard owners,

Hedging

We have placed our first order for 8,000 hedges, these will all be native hedging including Hawthorn and Blackthorn. We will be placing a further order shortly for some more unusual native hedging to create a wide variety and increase the bio-diversity.
